Very little, because the cotton has already been washed once before it was cut. Wash cold and it will hold its dimensions; wash hot and any cotton quilt will give up an inch or two, this one included.
Is there a Twin size?

Why does it look wrinkled in the photographs?
Because it is, and deliberately. Prewashed cotton crinkles as it dries and the design leans into it; ironing the effect out is possible but it will come back the next time the quilt is laundered.
