The listing claims pill resistance and the rating suggests it largely holds. Washing it on its own, cold, with no fabric softener is what preserves a brushed pile; softener coats the fibre and is what turns fleece fuzzy in the first place.
How deep a mattress does the fitted sheet fit?
Up to sixteen inches, with elastic all the way round. That covers most modern mattresses with a topper on; measure yours before ordering if it is a pillow-top plus a pad, because that combination can exceed sixteen inches.
Is it too warm for a heated bedroom?
Quite possibly. Fleece traps heat by design, so in a room held at 70°F many people find it too much. It comes into its own below about 65°F, and in a cold guest room it is transformative.
