Yes. It is a soft-sided pen, not a cage — a dog that has decided to leave will push, climb or tip it. It contains animals that accept containment, which covers most puppies, cats and small pets most of the time.
How do I clean it?
Wipe dirt off or rinse it with water and let it air dry. For anything worse, put a washable blanket in the base and wash that instead; the pen itself is not designed to go in a machine.
